| My name is Captain Ashley Drake, and I am currently in the Advanced Civil Schooling program with assignment at Virginia Tech University in Blacksburg, Virginia. I am an Engineer who was fortunate enough to be selected for the 18-month master's program with follow-on assignment to USACE. I began classes this May with the Building Construction Department. All of my professors are supportive and extremely educated in the field of construction, and I cannot wait to take the knowledge that I am learning here back into the Engineer Regiment. The ACS experience is a wonderful opportunity, and I highly recommend it to any young captain who is looking for a challenging and career-broadening adventure. |
